I am Michael Hagar, the host and sponsor of the 9/11 Truth Groups community portal. I am a 55 year father of 6 living in the Seattle Area on the East side in an area called Bothell.

I have been a business software developer for 35 year, an IT Director for a county in California, Project Manager and Architect for the King County Sheriffs Incident Reporting and Investigation System (IRIS) and more.

I was first assualted by the 9/11 Truth movement via my 24 year old son. I say assualted because he started off with the "9/11 was an inside job", "Bush is a puppet for the forces of World Domination". I know this because the Internet tells me so... After months of back and forth I was seriously concerned for his mental stability. He was an endless steam of facts and names and associations that he felt proved it all. I just kept thinking "This is the boy who would never do his homework."

Finally after a night talking about "no plane hit the pentagon", I went out and started searching around on my own. I was supprised at what Google found. Some of it seemed like crap about the "Penta-Lawn", explosive and angry accuasations and more fear and paranoia creating scary shit. Then I found the French site with the now famous picture of the BOEING plane in front of the Pentagon with the red lines showing where it would have gone.

Wait. This can't be... At that point I got it. Big Plane, small hole. Over the next weeks I was reading, buying books, watching all of the videos. I was convinced that there was something to all of this.

We have talk much since and we have helped each other understand some of the resistance and issues involved with trying to make someone aware that there is a real issue. We both take a more gentle and slow approach and count on Pictures and Videos to create the Ah-Ha moment. I have found that few people can communicate the issues well in a first encounter. It is like we blast someone with a shotgun and figure that when they recover they will thank me.

Since then I have become as involved as I can in the local movement by joining the Seattle 9/11 Truth Visibility Steering committee and then trying to develop this website to help local advocates work more effectively....I hope.

Hello to all,

I remember the events unfolding on September 11, 2001 and thinking to myself, "how could those buildings have come down?". I was attending Western Illinois University at the time and was already aware of exactly what the New World Order was from a non-denominational Christian point of view. It took me about a year to really jump on board with what the truth is and honestly, to this day we still do not know. What was the determining factor for me to dig deep and study the issues head on was hearing the theory of controlled demolitions, particularly 7 WTC and seeing the lack of evidence of the Pentagon attack.

After viewing several online documentaries from Anthony Hilder and Alex Jones (little did I know that these would just be the beginning of my documentary addiction) I began reading more and more and trying to convey the information to my friends and family. Mr. Hagar, like you said, your 24 year old son would bombard you with this info, well my family feels the exact same way! It has come to the point where they think I am a functional schizophrenic (or just day dreaming).

The information that I and others involved in the 9-11 truth movement are reviewing is so revealing that it has empowered me to get involved in journalism. It took me several years of working at student radio stations and taking community college classes on journalism, but I have finally been blessed with the opportunity to discuss 9-11 truth with a listening audience over the airwaves. I have a Saturday night talk show on 970 AM WMAY, the News and Talk of Springfield (www.wmay.com) and it is gaining more speed each week. I am not doing this for me, or my ego, but to get information out to people that they cannot get anywhere else on local Springfield radio.

My journey does not stop there. I am continuing my education in journalism to build my ability to communicate this knowledge even better so that more Americans can wake up to the realization of the criminal elite. I plan on starting an organization at the University of Illinois at Springfield for just this reason. There will soon be a Students for 9-11 Truth branch at UIS in Springfield Illinois.

One big issue that I have come across in the dissemination of these ideas to people, either over the airwaves or in private conversation is, like you said Mr. Hagar, coming across like a shotgun blast to the face. It is so difficult a concept to swallow that many people cannot stomach the idea of 9-11 being an inside job that it fills them with rage. I hope these individuals realize their potential for the movement.

The Pentagon attack was the most obvious and in my opinion the weakest piece of so-called evidence the US Government attempt to pass off on the world. I have since watched several other docs on the topic and the wealth of evidence from such a range of qualified professionals is undeniable. I actually find it heartening to see that elements of the conservative , the military and the intel community are also on board-this really frees the movement from being labeled as left wing conspiracy theorists although that doesn't stop the establishment media from trying. Good luck on this site and thank you for creating it.
